Kenny Jackett has took measure
You cannot accuse Kenny Jackett of not developing the team so it is fit for purpose and life in the Championship. KJ has took measure of the players that fetched Millwall up into this division and he noticed shortfalls that need to be addressed. He has experimented with last years first team players and introduced youth. He has acquired players on loan and purchased players that have proven to be good choices but because of injuries some of these players have not fulfilled their potential yet, while others have only just arrived at the Den and have done well in their debut game at Middlesboro. The latest signing Josh McQuoid the 20 year old from Bournemouth is interesting as he can score goals. I presume that KJ is getting total support from the top, We haven't heard much from the Chairman this season, and I think that's a positive thing.
