A long time ago on the sea wall on the Isle of Dogs there was built seven windmills, this area became Millwall and the rest is history.

Millwall v AFC Fylde They come to visit in the 1st round proper of the FA Cup
I cannot remember ever playing this side before. I am sure they will enjoy their "day out" in S.E. London. They like to bill themselves as 'The football team of the Fylde Coast and they are called the Coasters. They are a few miles in land from Blackpool based in a one horse village called Warton on the A584 and play in the Vanarama National League North. They have crowds from 350, 500 and 800+ it all depends on who they are playing. The 800+ was against FC United Of Manchester.
They sit top of their division after playing 13 games with 29 points and W9 D2 L2. That's not bad is it. The four sides below them are Solihull Moors, Nuneaton, Harrogate Town and Stockport.
FC United Of Manchester sit along way behind them in the same league with 14 points.
Their manager Dave Challinor is delighted with the trip to Millwall and he is generous as he calls us a proper football club and a great football club and we have a great pitch. He seems to know us.
