Millwall 1 Sheffield Wednesday 1 att: 10,624 A gutsy display

Championship

The weather was crap, but I enjoyed this one. That's two games undefeated, this hasn't happened since we beat Wigan and drew with Forest in early December

What a game this was. A good battling display by the Lions and a opposition goal keeper who wanted to referee the match

Summary:

A high tempo game with mistakes and Sheffield Wednesday falling over a lot. Our midfield could have done better and we had some scares in front of our goal. Danny Shittu handled their big lump up front and had a decent game.

The Den was loud and proud and some refereeing decisions made it even louder. We should have had at least one penalty and god know how the ref managed to miss a blatant sly and deliberate handball by Sheffield's keeper Kirkland. Ian Holloway offered spectacles to the lineman which raised a chuckle by those that clocked it. We could have won it, we could have lost it but it finished with a drama. All 22 players were involved in a pillow fight down by the corner flag were the Dockers joins with the away end. Two get sent off, Lowry for us and Coke for them. Shortly after that the whistle went.

With DJ celebrating his 80 minute goal, Steve Morison gets treatment

With our recent signings Shaun Williams from MK Dons and DJ Campbell on loan from Blackburn both coming on as subs we manage to level the score with a close header from Campbell while Morison was injured and laying on the six yard line. I'll take the draw.
