Aiden O'Brien steals the show

OK it was only Bury and they go down to ten men after a hand ball in their box but to come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 was a perfect way to make us all happy over the weekend. This was a one sided match as you will ever see one but first half we could not get the ball in the net. Harry smith was making himself busy in the opposition box and he was a bit of a menace to the Bury defence but half time and it was 0-0. Bury nicked two goals in the first 22 minutes of the 2nd half and for a couple of minutes it looked like it was over. Aiden O'Brien was brought on in between the two goals and he must have thought we will have to do something special here. Fred come to the rescue beating two defenders and then he chipped the keeper but it didn't go in as a hand ball was spotted a red card followed and Shaun Williams stroked the penalty home GAME ON

We upped the tempo and was hammering on the Bury goal  and were sensing a come back and with Alfie Pavey and Calum Butcher now on the field Neil Harris was using all his options to at least get a draw out of this game. With four minutes of normal time to go Calum Butcher pressing high up the field managing to get his head to the ball and we were level. It was not long after that Aiden O'Brien stole the show with two minutes of extra time played when he cracked home the winner from a low cross from Fred and our travelling 442 went into orbit and were dancing in the aisles. O'Brien after taking off his shirt joined them and it was moment that will stick in my mind for evermore and I suppose a good few others. All in all a glorious win and three points that take us closer to the promotion spots...up the Wall
